Ms. Jemima Baributsa graduated with 1994/1995 cohort of food engineers from the premier food engineering program in Africa at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso Nigeria. He later completed an M.S. in Food Technology from Nigeria premier university, University of Ibadan with 1998/1999 set. He obtained a Ph.D. in Food Process Engineering from McGill University in 2010.
